Off-Campus Housing

King’s students are most welcome to use Western’s Off-Campus Housing Service. This service includes a web list of available housing, a Housing Mediation Service and a peer group of Off-Campus Advisors.

The web site offers search options for accommodation listings, and a wide range of resources and information, including information on the Residential Tenancy Act, City of London bylaws, sublet agreements and roommate agreements.

The Off-Campus Housing Office is located in Elgin Hall, just inside the main gates of UWO. Staff assistance is available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the listings may be viewed each day from 8:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. (including Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays). Phone service, brochures, etc. are available at no charge.
